Experienced Carpenter
Webster Property Services, LLC is seeking a versatile and skilled carpenter to join our team specializing in home rehabilitation, remodeling, and handyman services. Our service area encompasses Dauphin and York Counties.
Job Summary
Perform a wide range of interior carpentry tasks, including: drywall installation, flooring, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, and general carpentry (doors, windows, walls, stairs, etc.),
Contribute to exterior projects such as fencing, siding installation, and gutter installation.
Conduct property inspections and prepare units for new tenants by addressing any necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
Experienced carpenter with strong construction knowledge.
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Valid driver's license and own tools required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
